This is exactly what I expected and I think it is super cute and that it looks great on my desk at work! It arrived fast and completely in tact. Mine only stands about 6'' tall, where it is advertised as 7", but I'm happy with it enough that I don't mind. I hope you all enjoy yours too, I can safely recommend the aventurine quartz one, as the different hues of light, medium, and dark gem stones look great in the tree!
Images can be very powerful, we all know that. They can be of great help with expressing a desired quality of energy when the real objects are not available, not suitable or cannot be placed well in your home. For example, you might not want plants in your space for whatever reasons, but you can always go for images of lush energy – no constant care needed, always fresh! The same principle applies to images of water. If fountains are not to your (or your home’s) liking, you can use images of clear (and ideally moving) water as a wealth feng shui cure. High-quality wall murals work wonders in most spaces.

The rearranging step gives you time to organize and clarify what you really want. After you declutter, you may see your rooms in a whole different light. You may decide that a room needs an entirely different function. For example, after decluttering a guest bedroom, maybe you realize you would rather it be a home office instead. Or maybe after decluttering, you can finally move the bed to its optimal position with space to add nightstands. The point is to make any necessary adjustments in the feng shui of your house with what is remaining before adding new energy. This way, you will have more clarity about what new energy you want to bring into your space. Referring back to my refrigerator analogy, I probably should do the rearranging step even before I go to the grocery store to get an even better idea of what I want and need.

As for which direction the toad should face, some experts say that the frog should face the inside of the house, while others say that it should face towards the front door. From how I read this, it seems that the toad should face towards the front door if its applicable. In other instances, such as placing the toad in a wealth area that’s away from the front door, it should face towards the inside of the house.

Mainly, be aware that this annual feng shui star brings you inspiring energy to fulfill your career dreams. As mentioned before, it is best to find a way — a subtle way — to bring an image or an item here that sparks the vision for your career success. Be mindful to have this image in the best colors for this area in 2019, which are earthy colors, or, if it is a small image, use the Metal element colors (white and silver).  Of course, a combination of these colors and elements will work best!
So, the annual 2019 feng shui updates come in place as an additional layer of energy, as a way to define the yearly movement of good and bad feng shui energies called stars in the flying stars school of feng shui. In the bagua areas that have beneficial 2019 feng shui stars you can apply specific feng shui cures to benefit from good energy; and in the bagua areas with challenging feng shui stars in 2019, one will usually apply specific cures to negate the possible unwelcome effects.
The best way we can positively contribute to achieving balance on the planet—clearly so much larger than ourselves—is to take care of what we do have control over, that is, our own spaces: our body and our homes with the art and science of feng shui. We each have our own cycle of the five elements taking place within ourselves constantly striving for balance. For example, the specific goal of acupuncture is to correct imbalances of the five elements within us and to properly promote the flow of chi throughout the body. Each organ system and meridian line correlates to one of the five elements.
I personally have doubts on how items can help with Feng Shui. The important thing is to be aware that the Feng Shui will affect your relationship (assuming you did your Feng Shui audit and analysis correctly). If you’re aware, you can make strides to make improvements and weather the storm. See “Human Luck” for reference here: https://fengshuinexus.com/blog/cosmic-trinity-feng-shuis-influence-limitations/

6. Restroom. Using a person’s Kua, the restroom can be BOTH a good and a bad place for plants. Plants in a restroom located in an “inauspicious” or “unlucky” area have the ability to amplify the negative energy of that area. On the other hand, for restrooms in “auspicious” or “lucky” areas, plants have the ability to amplify the positive energy, which can counter the negative feng shui brought by the restroom.

All plants belong to the Wood element, and experts use them as a way to balance the elemental energy of a specific area. For instance, it can help boost the energy level of an area associated with wood, or weaken an area associated with water. But of course, there are other factors to consider when balancing the five elements, which we will discuss later.

The earth element helps to generate nourishment, knowledge, and stability in your life. My favorite way to harness this element is by decorating with gorgeous stones and crystals I’ve collected throughout the years. I find that creating different designs with them is quite a therapeutic, meditative practice for me. Terracotta planters and natural salt rock lamps are two more fun ways to get your earth element fix. You can also decorate with square shapes and sandy colors, including light yellow and light brown. The earth element works best in bagua areas of the Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, West, and Center.
Once you have removed and rearranged, it is time to energize or enhance the space through feng shui. This can be done using the concepts discussed in the following chapters. You can use the five elements to decorate your home. You can enhance certain areas of your home in conjunction with the feng shui Bagua Map using the colors, elements, and personal items discussed. The more you are enjoying a space, the more it will be energized with positive energy. Our own energy is the most powerful and significant enhancer of our space. Making a room functional and aesthetically pleasing so that you spend more time in it is the best feng shui enhancement you can make.
The main feng shui recommendation to deal with the negative energy of the annual feng shui star in the South area in 2019 is obvious: use a variety of Fire element decor such as candles, Himalayan salt lamps, fiery colors (red, purple, orange, magenta and yellow), images of fire, etc. A strong light source that is kept on most of the time is a very good feng shui cure for the South area in 2019.
Manadarin Ducks are the most popular love symbol and they are perfect to be gifted to someone who are looking for love in their life. They are a popular Feng Shui cure for lasting love and happy married life. They must be placed in a pair, and should be gifted in a pair too. Ideal for wedding presents, Mandarin Ducks make a striking decoration piece too.

Each element has its own unique characteristics as to how it is expressed in the world. Each element also plays a vital role in the cycle of life. All living beings experience the cycles of birth and rebirth, waning and waxing, growth and death, and yin and yang. This process is referred to as the five elements cycle, and it can be seen in all aspects of life including the seasons, time of day, age, moon cycles, planetary orbits, and of course literal birth and death. We as a society tend to forget or at least overlook the importance of death. Nature however knows that birth would not be possible without death, just as light would not be possible without the dark. Again, it is all about balance where the labels “good” and “bad” have no relevance.
In fengshui, red color represents romance and love, courage, and passion. Red is the strongest color representation of the fire element, which supports life energy. It’s not surprising, then, that red is an active, energizing color…which can also be draining if overused. It’s no mistake that red has been associated with an increase in blood pressure. In Chinese, red is the color of happiness and luck; India uses red for marriage; Western areas associate red with love, passion, and courage.
To create a space with good feng shui, the use of plants is absolutely necessary. If you want good garden feng shui, you must spend time creating the right mix of plants, and this mix should take note of orientations, shapes and colours. There are also auspicious and inauspicious plants and depending on where you live in the world, it is a good idea to examine the qualities that make a plant auspicious and the characteristics that make a plant inauspicious.

The Art of Feng Shui recommends them as Plants that can be "Kept Anywhere" & as they Symbolize Good Luck. It is said to bring along Fortune and a Easy and Beautiful Ways to Bring Prosperity, Good Health and Happiness into your Life. It also brings Prosperity to any Household, Business or for the People you care. This Plants are almost Care Free as they Adapt to any Environment easily.
I'll start with one of the most loved feng shui cures - the vibrant, happy and lush plants. Most of us have had plants in our home at one time or another. Plants bring the vital energy of growth, renewal and healing - the most beautiful energies from mother Nature that we all need! Having plants in your home is also the best way to bring the Wood feng shui element, much needed for good feng shui in several areas of your home.
One popular way to choose your best bedroom color is to take a look at your closet and see which colors you wear the most. While this sounds interesting and it sure can be helpful, what if you wear colors that you just can’t picture on your bedroom walls? Black bedroom color wall paint might work for some (and even look chic if you are working with a talented designer), but I would sure not recommend it as a good bedroom color!

Natural and artificial lighting is one of the best and easiest ways to bring in the Fire element into spaces. After all, the sun is the ultimate Fire element. Windows provide a portal connecting our interior spaces with the exterior world, particularly natural light. Without windows, we would be living in a closed box that would be extremely dark and yin. In most floor plans, as many windows as possible are built into homes for this reason. We are generally drawn to light because the Fire element is life force to us. Our home is our refuge from the rest of the world. The proportion of windows to solid walls will determine how much of a sense of public exposure, which is yang energy, to privacy, which is a yin energy, we will have.
4. Bedroom. In addition to the eight cardinal directions, the type of rooms also matter. Many experts agree that plants are NOT suitable in the bedroom, and their reasons vary. Some say it harms the luck and health of the home’s breadwinner, while others say that plants bring strong energies of growth, which contradicts with the energy needed to get a good night’s sleep. Further, some reasoned that the carbon dioxide produced by the plants at night can negatively affect our sleep.
To promote joy and harmony in your home, and ultimately a feeling of joy upon entering and being there, you’ll want to consider the actual uses of a certain space and then decorate accordingly. In a home office, for example, you don’t necessarily have to install a waterfall and rock garden to have feng shui positively affect the space. You want the office décor to be active and vibrant…probably much unlike the bedroom’s décor, which will likely be more muted and serene.
