Projecting corner, post, pillar, column, soffit, or duct work: Many offices contain features that break up the energy flow of the room or, worse, shoot “poison arrows” at your sitting position at the desk. Place a sizeable plant in front of the troublesome feature, or hang a faceted crystal sphere between the feature and your sitting position at the desk.
Citrus and limes are considered symbols of good health, longevity, wealth, and prosperity. Along with the lucky bamboo and money plants, decorating a citrus or lime in the home during the Chinese New Year is said to foster good fortune for the family and business in the upcoming year. Citrus and limes are frequently grown as a bonsai or bought as artificial plants.
It’s said that the practice of feng shui decorating encourages good chi—also known as positive energy—to flow smoothly through a room, which in turn benefits its occupants. The better the chi, the more cleansing and positive experience your clients will have in counseling. While every room could use feng shui, it is particularly useful in a private practice where clients are coming in for help. The more positive energy, the better!
Oh Dear, I am now at command position no 2, with my right side is half wall ( with drawers ) and half window ( upper side ), how you would say if someone ask me to change to command position no 1 which actually would make me facing the door but the window would be at my back, as I believe the back side would be better a solid wall, how do you think about it?
In a counseling practice, it’s important your clients feel comfortable and safe in your office, which is why you purchased those extra plush seats, stocked the space with tissues, and hung calming paintings on the wall. You even bring in healthy snacks to keep in your waiting room. But how much thought have you given to the color you painted on those walls? When you rent or lease a space, it’s likely you use whatever color is already on the walls. Even if you recently purchased space for a new practice, changing the wall color may be the very last item on your to-do list. However, it’s time to rethink that decision and use feng shui office colors as the base for decorating your space.

1. Consider painting your office blue. "Color has a huge impact on our emotions," says Benko. Bold colors such as reds can excite and promote aggression and anxiety. "Think about why so many fast food restaurants are painted in reds and oranges," she says. Painting an office environment in these colors will make you want to leave early. The best colors for an office, according to Benko, are pale green to inspire creativity, blue to create a sense of calm, or gray for sophistication.
Be very careful when positioning your office plants feng shui. Certain directions, such as the north, southwest, Northwest, and northeast can be weakened by a strong wood element. Therefore, only moderate amounts of plants are recommended for these areas. However Bagua areas nourished by the wood element, such as the east, southeast and south are wonderful areas to place plants if you want the best positive chi.
Ensuring your desk has the optimal feng shui for the office desk flow is difficult for cubicles, as often moving the desk is not an option, but you can still implement many of the same feng shui for the office desk concepts. I am bit confused about the Bagua direction. I have searched online but got more confused. Hope you can help me. I work in an huge open plan office. We have two wings, North and South. I sit in North wing. Front door of my floor is just on my left side and I am facing it.(although I am in a enclosed cubical so I cant see it). I am facing 260 degree west when I am sitting at my desk. According to compass method, should I align my Bagua map in such a way that West square of the map is at the top? Or should I follow the natural direction of Bagua map which means that South square will be at the top? Thank you for your advise.
"Plants have innate positive chi, clear the air of allergens, and really do wonders for us," she says. I personally have doubts on how items can help with Feng Shui. The important thing is to be aware that the Feng Shui will affect your relationship (assuming you did your Feng Shui audit and analysis correctly). If you’re aware, you can make strides to make improvements and weather the storm. See “Human Luck” for reference here: https://fengshuinexus.com/blog/cosmic-trinity-feng-shuis-influence-limitations/

1. Center of the House. The center area of your home belongs to the Earth element. Because Wood has the ability to weaken the Earth element, the center of your house is not the best place for indoor plants. This is not to say that placing plants there is completely out of the question. If you feel like the area can use some plants, place small ones instead of large ones.
Of course, fire is the most powerful element and should be used with caution so that no one gets burned. This is true in both the literal and figurative sense with Feng Shui office designs since using actual fire elements can often be dangerous. Therefore, you can use red objects to represent the fire element and should be place in the south section of the room, office space, or building. Lamps and unique lighting can also be used to represent fire elements for the office.
