Not only do they help to spruce up the overall ambiance, they are also scientifically proven to reduce stress, purify the air, improve learning, compassion, speed up the healing process, memory, and communication!

A reminder, please be mindful of the plant’s health. If it’s not doing so well, do your best to revive it. People often overwater. To avoid this scenario, I suggest you use your finger and feel how moist the soil is. Just poke it in the top about 1-2 inches. Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty! Houseplants also add natural beauty to your home, offer positive wood energy, and improve your air quality.
When you’re setting up your room (or cubicle), you'll want to first look at its layout. Is there an even distribution of furniture on both sides of the room? Is there art only on one wall, or is it sprinkled throughout the space? Is it too bright? Is it too minimalist? How balanced and even do you feel in your workspace? Where and how do things feel off?
